Here you will find answers to the most common issues in flowit — organised by area. If your issue is not listed or the solution does not help, please contact the flowit Support team.
👤 Access & Profile
I cannot log in
If you have forgotten your password, you will find the option to reset it directly below the blue "Log in" button.
If you are unable to log in via SSO or the password reset is not working, please contact the flowit Support team and share any error message that appears if possible.

I cannot see a module / I do not have access
It is possible that access to a module has been removed or was never granted. First try refreshing the page or clearing your browser cache.
If that does not help:
Contact the person responsible for flowit or with admin rights in your organisation and ask whether your permissions have been changed
If you should still have the rights, please contact the flowit Support team
I am not receiving email notifications
This is often related to the email provider you are using:
Private email address: Some email providers block emails from flowit. Make sure the flowit domain is on your whitelist.
Company email address: Contact your IT department and ask whether flowit emails are being blocked.
If neither is the cause, please contact the flowit Support team.

📝 Reviews
I cannot find my review
All reviews where you still have something to do — fill in or confirm — can be found under Reviews > My To-dos.
If the review you are looking for does not appear there, go to All Reviews and search for it using the search bar. If it appears there, the following could be the reason:
Fill-in period has expired — You can no longer fill in the review. Contact the person responsible for flowit or with admin rights in your organisation and request a deadline extension.
Review already submitted — If you have already submitted your part and are waiting for the other party, the review is visible under All Reviews. Results are only displayed once both parties have submitted. However, you can already view your own results there.
Review archived — If the review has been archived, it is also only visible under All Reviews.
If the review cannot be found under All Reviews either, contact the person responsible for flowit or with admin rights in your organisation. If the review has been deleted, they can create a new one directly.
Results are not visible even though I have submitted
After you have filled in the form, clicked "Send", and confirmed the submission, the following applies:
Only you have submitted: The review is no longer visible under "My To-dos" but can be found under All Reviews. Results will only be displayed once the other party has also submitted.
Both parties have submitted: The review reappears under My To-dos as a to-do for closing — and the results are visible to both parties.
If the review is still not findable after this, please contact the flowit Support team.
I cannot close the review — the send button is greyed out
There are two possible reasons for this:
Not all required questions have been answered — Reviews can contain required questions. If no "Skip" button is shown for a question, it is a required question. As long as at least one required question remains unanswered, the send button stays greyed out.
Not all questions have been clicked through — Even for reviews with only optional questions, you must click through all questions one by one and skip each one. Only once you have reached the end will the send button become active.
If the button is still greyed out after this, please contact the flowit Support team.
📊 Surveys
I cannot see the survey
If you cannot find the survey you are looking for under Surveys > My To-dos, the following could be the reason:
You are not part of the group of people being surveyed and were not invited
You may have already completed the survey at an earlier point — completed surveys no longer appear under To-dos
The fill-in period has expired and the survey can no longer be completed
I can no longer fill in the survey
If you can see the survey but there is no button to fill it in, please contact the flowit Support team.
📊 Evaluations
I cannot see my evaluation
Evaluations are only created when active development cards are in use. First check whether you have active cards:
Click on your profile picture in the top right corner
Navigate to Development & Value Cards
Check whether active cards are available
No active cards: You can select new cards — these will then trigger an evaluation in the next period.
Active cards available: Check under Evaluations > Past whether the evaluation you are looking for has already been completed.
If it cannot be found there either, ask the person responsible for flowit or with admin rights in your organisation whether anything has changed in the evaluation cycle. If everything is unchanged, please contact the flowit Support team.
I accidentally submitted / completed an evaluation
Contact the person responsible for flowit or with admin rights in your organisation. They can reset the evaluation depending on the situation.
⚠️ Important: It is not possible to reset only one result. If both parties have already completed the evaluation, both results will be deleted when it is reset.
🎯 OKRs
I cannot see my team's OKRs
This is likely a permissions issue. What you can see depends on the global OKR settings configured by your admin. There are three possible settings:
1. Transparency within the team (default)
Team members can see all OKRs within their team. Managers can see all OKRs within their area of responsibility.
2. Private OKRs
Only goal and key result owners, the team lead, and the reporting line can see the content. In this setting, employees can only see their own OKRs.
3. Transparency within the organisation
All OKRs are visible to all employees.
Contact the person responsible for flowit or with admin rights in your organisation to find out which setting is active. If it is not a permissions issue, please contact the flowit Support team.
