Competency Cards – Highlight a person's abilities and potential

📍 Where Can I Use Development Cards?
You can use development cards in two main areas on the platform:
1. In Your Own Profile
Go to the “Development Cards” section to select cards for yourself at any time.
This is great for:
Self-reflection
Preparing for development talks
You can also set a personal card goal for each selected card – a goal you want to keep in mind or discuss during a future conversation.
2. During a Review (Conclusions Section)
In collaborative conversations (e.g., between manager and employee), you can:
Select or exchange value and competency cards
Add comments about the chosen cards
Define shared or individual card goals
This makes the cards not just a snapshot but a dynamic development tool that evolves over time.
