⚙️ Managing Global Notification Settings

As an admin, you can centrally control which notifications are sent through which channels. These settings apply to the entire organisation.

Admin > Settings > Notifications


🎛️ What can you configure?

You can define per function and per channel whether notifications are sent:

Per function you can also filter by notification type: Reminder, To-Do, Info.


📡 Activating channels

For notifications to be sent via SMS or Beekeeper, these channels must first be configured and activated further down on the settings page. Once a channel is active, the label "Active" appears in the table.


⚠️ Important: Email cannot be fully disabled

The email channel cannot be completely turned off, as critical notifications such as onboarding emails and password resets must always remain functional. However, individual function-related notifications can be disabled in the table.
