Updated over 4 months ago

Here you’ll find answers to the most common questions about creating and managing reviews within the flowit platform.

🧩 I need a new review form

To create a new review, you need administration rights or a team lead role.

  • With administration rights, you can create reviews for anyone in your organization.

  • With the team lead role, you can create reviews only for your own team.

If you have one of these permissions, you can find a detailed step-by-step guide here:

If you don’t have the required role, please reach out directly to your HR team.

🚫 I accidentally clicked “Submit” on a review

If you’ve accidentally submitted a review, it cannot be reset manually.
Please contact our Customer Success Team for assistance:

They’ll review your case and help you with the next steps.

✏️ How can I edit my submitted answers?

Once a review has been submitted, answers can no longer be changed.
However, you can still add additional context afterwards:

  • Add comments or explanations below each question

  • Add a conversation note under the conclusions section

➡️ You can find detailed instructions here:
Add comments and conversation notes

🔄 Why don’t the data from the last review appear in the new one?

Data from previous reviews are not automatically transferred to new reviews.
However, you can easily update the content in the conclusions section:

  • Replace or add the cards you’re currently using

  • Adjust your current long-term development goal as needed

Please note: Conversation notes from previous reviews are not displayed in the new one.
If you need to review them, you’ll have to open the previous review directly.
