🌱 Development goal
The development goal describes where an employee wants to develop in the longer term — for example taking on a new role, building a skill, or completing further training. It is always visible in the employee's profile and can be captured in two ways:
Way 1 — Directly in the profile:
The employee can capture their development goal at any time directly in their profile — independently of an ongoing review or evaluation cycle.
Way 2 — In the review under conclusions:
After the personal conversation, the manager and employee can jointly document a development goal in the review under Conclusions. Once both parties have confirmed the entry, the goal is automatically also visible in the employee's profile.

Who can adjust card goals?
