🎯 Goal

Allows administrators to export current user data from the platform to track manual changes and reconcile data with the HRIS.


✍️ Summary – Why is this important?

Customers import user and team data into the platform via CSV files from their HRIS. After the import, administrators often make manual adjustments in the platform (e.g., correcting names, updating email addresses, adjusting manager assignments).

Without an export feature, there is a risk of overwriting: during the next import, manual changes may be lost.

With the CSV export, customers can:

  • Verify current platform data (for compliance, audits, or accuracy).

  • Reconcile platform data with the HRIS, especially when the platform contains more up-to-date information.

  • Prepare the next import more effectively, without accidentally overwriting manual adjustments.

  • Export shows all current field values (whether from HRIS or manually changed).

  • Customer admins are included in the export.

Export applies to the entire user base, not to filtered views.
