The Messenger in flowit is your direct connection to our support team and helpful resources. You’ll find it at the bottom right of your instance – recognizable by the blue circle with the message icon.


✨ With the Messenger, you can:

  • 📚 Access Help Center articles: Browse helpful guides directly in the Messenger.

  • 🤖 Ask questions: Send your request to our AI bot. If it cannot answer, it will automatically forward your message to our support team.

  • 🐞 Report bugs: Submit issues or problems directly as a ticket from your instance.

  • 🔔 Product updates: Future product news and important updates will be shared in the Messenger in addition to the newsletter.
