πŸ“ˆ Insights Tab: Real-Time Monitoring

The Insights tab allows you to track response rates in real time. Use the drop-down menus to select a specific survey and organizational unit.

For non-anonymous surveys, you can also see the names of individual participants and whether they have completed the survey or not.

πŸ‘€ Why It’s Useful: Stay up to date with participation rates and identify where follow-ups might be needed.

πŸ’‘ When to Use These Features

  • When preparing a new survey, start in the Draft section.

  • Use Scheduled to plan ahead for future launches.

  • Monitor real-time engagement via the Insights tab.

  • After the survey closes, use Completed to review and act on the results.
