👁️ Configurable OKR Visibility
flowit allows you to control who can view OKRs—based on your organization's transparency standards. You can configure these settings via Admin > Settings > OKR Settings.
Visibility Options:
1. Team Transparency (default):
Team members can view all OKRs within their own team. Managers see all OKRs in their span of control.
2. Private OKRs:
Only the objective owner, KR owners, team lead, and reporting lines can access the OKRs.
Examples:
Team lead as objective owner: Create the objective under the team lead and assign a separate key result to each employee.
→ Team lead sees all; employees only see their own KR.
Employee as both objective & KR owner: Create and own their own objectives and key results.
→ Visibility remains limited to them and their lead.
🔎 Note: The original creator always retains access. To minimize unintended access, objectives should be created directly by the intended owner or team lead.
3. Company-wide Transparency:
All employees can view all OKRs across the organization. Only owners can make edits.
→ Enables open progress tracking for everyone.
