Getting feedback is an essential part of personal and team development. With our platform’s Feedback Request feature, you can easily ask for input from individuals, teams, or even the entire company. Here's how it works, when to use it, and why it’s so useful.


✅ What You Can Do with Feedback Requests

With this feature, you can:

  • Request feedback from a specific person, a team, or the whole organization.

  • Add personalized messages that get translated into the recipient’s preferred language 🌍.

  • Attach relevant documents to provide context.

  • Connect the request to a specific competency card to get targeted feedback 🎯.


📅 When to Use This Feature

Use Feedback Requests when:

  • You’ve completed a project or task and want input.

  • You’re preparing for a performance review.

  • You want to improve specific skills or behaviors.

  • You’re seeking team-wide or company-wide perspectives.

🛠️ How to Request Feedback

  1. Click on Feedbacks in the top menu.

  2. Click the yellow plus button in the bottom right.

  3. Select Request Feedback.

  4. Choose who you want to receive feedback from:

    • An individual user

    • A team (click Add team to select)

    • The entire company (click Invite entire company to participate)

  5. In the Message field, type your request (e.g., “Please give me some quick feedback on my presentation from Friday”). Write in your preferred language — it will be automatically translated for the recipient.

  6. Optionally, upload relevant documents under Add documents.

  7. To get feedback on a specific competency card, select it from Request feedback on a competency card, or use the search bar to find it directly.

  8. Click Send Request to submit.
