💬 Giving Feedback: Features, Use Cases & Benefits

Updated over 8 months ago

Feedback is a powerful tool to foster growth, collaboration, and a healthy work culture. In this article, you'll learn how to create and give feedback using our platform, when to use each feature, and why they're beneficial. 🧠

✨ Key Features

1. Accessing the Feedback Tool

Navigate to the Feedbacks section in the main menu. Then, click the yellow plus (+) button in the bottom-right corner to begin.

2. Choose the Type of Feedback

Select Give Feedback. You can choose to give feedback to:

  • An individual user

  • A team (click "Add Team")

  • The entire company (click "Invite entire company")

3. Use the AI Writing Assistant ✍️

Enable the writing assistant to help you formulate clear and constructive feedback.

  • Add keywords (comma-separated) in your native language.

  • The assistant will generate a full feedback message and translate it into the recipient’s native language.

  • You can edit the generated text as needed.

💡 Note: If you're submitting negative feedback, the assistant will suggest addressing it in a private conversation instead — a great way to keep communication respectful and effective.

4. Add Supporting Documents 📎

Attach relevant files under Add documents to give your feedback more context.

5. Review Feedback Guidelines ℹ️

Click the information icon to view our feedback best practices:

Do’s:

  • Be as specific as possible

  • Allow the recipient to respond

  • Consider the recipient's needs

  • Deliver negative feedback privately

Don’ts:

  • Don’t delay important feedback

  • Don’t "sandwich" negative feedback in positives

  • Don’t exaggerate

6. Connect to a Development Card (if available)

If the recipient has an active development card, you can link your feedback directly to it for better tracking.

7. Submit Your Feedback ✅

Click Create Feedback to finalize and send your input. That’s it!
