flowit makes evaluations easy, structured, and personalized – whether you're assessing yourself or others. This guide walks you through the key features, when to use them, and why they matter.


✍️ What is an Evaluation?

Evaluations in flowit allow individuals and managers to reflect on development, performance, and team dynamics. You can complete:

  • Self-evaluations (evaluate yourself)

  • Peer/manager evaluations (evaluate or be evaluated by others)
    ​


🧭 Accessing Evaluations

To access your evaluations:

  1. Go to the left menu on the home page and click "Evaluations".

  2. You’ll land on the Active Evaluations page.

    ​

The screen is split into:

  • Team Evaluations (e.g., if you're a manager evaluating others)
    ​
    ​

  • Personal Evaluations (for self-reflection or being evaluated)
    ​
    ​

πŸ”΄ Expired evaluations are marked with a red bar – you can still complete them.


🚫 Can’t Complete an Evaluation?

If you're unable to fill out an evaluation (e.g., due to vacation or illness), you can opt out:

  • Click the three dots in the top right corner of the evaluation.

  • Select a reason:

    • I'm on vacation
      ​
      ​

    • I'm absent
      ​
      ​

    • I'm sick
      ​
      ​

    • Employee unavailable

You can begin in two ways:

  • Click directly on the evaluation

1. Evaluate Your Development Cards

  • Reflect on your selected development cards

  • Click the (i) icon for more details

  • Need a different focus? Click "Change card"

2. Add a Comment (optional)

  • Click "+ Add comment" under the card if you’d like to elaborate

3. Answer Pulse Questions

Topics include:

  • Work atmosphere

  • Leadership behavior
    ​
    ​

  • Likelihood of recommending the company
    ​

4. General Comment (optional)

  • Leave a final comment in your native language if you wish
