βοΈ What is an Evaluation?
Evaluations in flowit allow individuals and managers to reflect on development, performance, and team dynamics. You can complete:
Self-evaluations (evaluate yourself)

βPeer/manager evaluations (evaluate or be evaluated by others)
β
π§ Accessing Evaluations
To access your evaluations:
Go to the left menu on the home page and click "Evaluations".

βYouβll land on the Active Evaluations page.

The screen is split into:
Team Evaluations (e.g., if you're a manager evaluating others)
β
βPersonal Evaluations (for self-reflection or being evaluated)
β
β
π΄ Expired evaluations are marked with a red bar β you can still complete them.
π« Canβt Complete an Evaluation?
If you're unable to fill out an evaluation (e.g., due to vacation or illness), you can opt out:
Click the three dots in the top right corner of the evaluation.
