The Card Manager allows admins to:

  • Manage all development and competency cards

Cards activated in the Card Manager are available to employees during evaluations and when drawing cards.

  • Active & Inactive Cards: Toggle cards on or off (blue = active, grey = inactive)

βž• How to Create Custom Cards

Want to make your own cards? It’s simple:

  1. Click on β€œ+ Add Card”

  2. Fill out the following fields:

    • Title: e.g., "Communication"
      ​
      ​

    • Card Details: Add a description or helpful tips
      ​
      ​

    • Evaluation Labels: Define performance levels (e.g., Beginner to Expert)

      ​

    • Upload an Image (optional): Make your card more visually engaging

      ​

    • Language Options: FLOWIT supports 6 languages. If the card is only used in German, you can leave the English fields blank or adapt them.
