πŸ—‚οΈ Card Manager Overview: Create and Customize Your Evaluation Cards

Updated over 8 months ago

The Card Manager is your central hub for managing and creating cards used in employee evaluation cycles. This guide will walk you through what the Card Manager does, when to use it, and how to create custom cards tailored to your organization's needs.

πŸ” What Is the Card Manager?

The Card Manager allows administrators to control which evaluation cards are available for employees during regular review cycles. There are two types of cards:

  • FLOWIT cards – Standard system cards provided by the platform.

  • Custom cards – Created by your organization to fit specific competencies or development goals.

Each card shows:

  • Whether it's currently active (blue toggle = active, gray = inactive).

  • How many times the card has been used.

🧠 Why it's useful: It ensures your evaluation process reflects the competencies that matter most to your company.

πŸ‘‰ Pro tip: Competency and development cards play a key role in evaluations. Make sure they’re thoughtfully configured!
