๐ What Are Evaluations?
Evaluations help you assess team and personal performance in a structured way. Whether you're self-evaluating or reviewing others, this tool ensures a transparent and development-oriented feedback process.
๐ Where to Find Evaluations
Go to the Dashboard.

โClick on Evaluations in the left-hand menu.

โYouโll see two main tabs:

โActive: Ongoing evaluations that are ready to be completed.
โ
โTeam Evaluations: For leaders to evaluate their team members.
โ
โPersonal Evaluations: For self-evaluation or being evaluated.
โ
โExpired evaluations are marked with a red bar but can still be completed.

โ
Past: Completed evaluations that are available for review โ but only if both parties have finalized them.

๐ก Tip: You can indicate absences by clicking the three-dot menu (โฎ) in the top right of each evaluation.
Options include:
I am on vacation

โI am absent
โ
โI am sick
โ
โEmployee is unavailable
โ
โ How to Fill Out an Evaluation
From the Dashboard, go to Evaluations.

โUnder Active, youโll see evaluations to complete.
โ
โTeam and Personal Evaluations are separated.
โ
โExpired ones (red bar) can still be filled in.

โจ For Personal Evaluations:
Start by evaluating Development Cards. Click the โน๏ธ icon for more info.
โ
โYou can change the card via the Card Selection button under the individual card goal.
โ
โAdd comments after evaluating each card by clicking + Add Comment.
โ
โNext, answer Pulse Questions about work atmosphere, leadership, and company recommendation.
โ
โAnonymous comments can be added here.
โ
โ
Add a general comment in your native language at the end.

โFinish the evaluation by choosing:

โ๐ Create Meeting with your manager

Start with the Development Cards.

โAssess your leadership behavior toward the team member.

โLeave a general comment if needed.

โEnd the evaluation by selecting:

To start evaluations:
Development Cards must be assigned.
