🔍 Access Options for the AI Dashboard

Updated over 8 months ago

The AI Dashboard offers powerful tools for analyzing feedback data from surveys and reviews. But how can you share these insights with others? This article explains the different access options available — when to use them, and why they’re helpful. 🚀

📊 Excel Export

What it does:

The Excel Export lets you download the current view of the AI Dashboard — including any filters you've applied.

When to use it:

Use this when you want to:

  • Perform further custom analyses

  • Create your own presentations

  • Share filtered results with others

Why it's useful:

It ensures that only the visible, filtered data gets exported. For example, if you filter results by a specific team, the export will only include data for that team. If you export without filters, it includes the full overview.

👥 Access for Team Leads

What it does:

Admins can allow team leads, department heads, or area managers to access the AI Dashboard — limited to their areas of responsibility.

When to use it:

Enable this in the instance-wide settings (separately for surveys and reviews) when you want decentralized leaders to monitor their own teams’ feedback.

Why it's useful:

It promotes transparency and enables faster, team-level improvements — while keeping other departments’ data private.

🔐 Insights Permission

What it does:

Admins can assign the "Insights" permission to specific users. This grants full access to all AI Dashboards — both for surveys and reviews.

When to use it:

Use this for power users or stakeholders who need broad visibility into organizational feedback but don’t require editing rights.

Why it's useful:

It offers near-admin-level access to results (including individual review data), without allowing any administrative changes. Perfect for senior stakeholders or analysts.
