Overview
The Insights Area in flowit provides a powerful overview of all the statistical data collected within the platform. It’s your go-to place for understanding performance, activity, and engagement across various modules.
🔍 How do you get there?
The area is located in the top right corner of the home screen, next to the system language setting. Click the chart icon to open it.
💡 Access requires a separate user permission that must be assigned to individual users by your admin.
📁 What will you find there?
You will find all statistical metrics that flowit collects. On the left side there is a menu with the different modules — each with its own dashboards and metrics.
📌 Metrics Dashboard
The Metrics Dashboard gives you a structured overview of all relevant metrics, including:
Employees
Teams
Evaluations
Meetings
Feedback
Surveys
This gives you a quick and comprehensive overview of how the platform is being used.
📈 Detailed Statistics
Depending on which modules are active, more specific statistics are available on the left side:
Detailed survey analyses
Comprehensive review statistics
Card statistics (e.g. which cards are in use)
These analyses support informed decisions and show how flowit is used in your organisation.
