Overview

The Insights Area in flowit provides a powerful overview of all the statistical data collected within the platform. Itโ€™s your go-to place for understanding performance, activity, and engagement across various modules.


๐Ÿ” How to Access the Insights Area

To open the Insights Area, go to the top right corner of the homepage. Youโ€™ll find a bar chart icon next to the system language settings. Click on it to enter the Insights section.

๐Ÿ’ก Note: Access to this area is a separate permission that needs to be assigned to individual users. Only users with this permission can view insights.


๐Ÿ“ Whatโ€™s Included in the Insights Area?

The Insights Area is a central hub for statistical data across flowit. On the left side, you'll find a menu listing all available modules, each with its own set of metrics and dashboards.

The Metrics Dashboard offers a clear summary of all main statistics, such as:
