Your flowit profile is the central hub for managing your personal information, team associations, development goals, and more. This article provides an overview of the key features, when to use them, and why they’re useful.
🔐 Accessing Your Profile
To open your profile, click on your initials or profile picture in the top-right corner of the screen. This opens your personal dashboard, where you’ll find:
Basic Info: Name, position, and email
Long-Term Development Goal: View and edit your personal growth objective
Start/Exit Dates: If available
Tabs for Teams, Development Cards, History & Notes
Use the ✏️ yellow pencil icon to edit your profile. You can update:
Your password
Language preferences (site language & content translation)
Your profile picture
👥 Teams Tab
In your profile, you’ll find the “Teams” button. Clicking on it shows all teams
where you are a member, or
where you act as a team lead.
This gives you a clear overview of your team affiliations at any time.
If you are assigned as a team lead, additional options are available to you.
By clicking the corresponding edit icon, you can make adjustments to the team goal.
➡️ Clicking on a team member takes you directly to their profile.
📈 Development Cards Tab
Here you’ll find all your active and archived development cards.
Select new cards or archive old ones
Click "Details" to view how a skill or value has progressed and what goals are linked
Replace or archive a card directly from the details view
Use this tab to stay focused on your professional growth journey.
🕒 History Tab
This tab provides a timeline of your key actions within flowit. You can search and filter events to quickly find what you’re looking for.
Ideal for tracking your progress and reflecting on your activity!
📝 Notes Tab
Your personal notepad! Use this section to:
Save private notes that only you can see
Link notes to specific users (note: they cannot see them)
Upload documents
Use the search and filter options to organize your notes
🚪 Logging Out
Use the Logout button to sign out manually. Otherwise, your session will automatically time out after a period for security reasons.
